Lusaka: orders are dispatched the same day once payment is confirmed.

Outside Lusaka: orders go out in the 16:00 courier batch. If payment is confirmed after 16:00, your order goes in the next working day's batch.

Delivery fees depend on your location and courier, and we confirm them with you on WhatsApp before you pay.

We don't offer refunds, but you can swap an item within 7 days of purchase.

Bring or send the item unworn, with tags and your receipt or order reference.

Swaps are for an item of the same or higher value. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference.
